For safety and comfort, we ride at the pace of the participant with the lowest skill level. Please confirm the overall group level before joining.
If you do not receive the automatic confirmation email after submission, please contact us by phone or email.
A basic travel insurance is included in the fee, but we strongly recommend purchasing personal injury insurance for accidents or injuries.
Your personal information will never be used for purposes other than SLOPE PLANNING operations or disclosed.
Sessions may be canceled at the last minute or on the day due to poor weather or slope conditions.
In case of cancellation for the above reasons, we will fully refund the paid amount (bank transfer fees to be borne by the customer).
