Before heading out onto the water, we begin with a basic lesson on land, where you'll learn paddling techniques, safety guidelines, and water etiquette.
Once you're comfortable, it's time to get on the water and practice balancing and controlling the board. As you gain confidence, you'll stand up and enjoy the unique perspective that only SUP can offer.
Participants wear a PFD (personal flotation device/life jacket) throughout the tour, so even those who are not confident swimmers can join with peace of mind.
